Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mind2Matter, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Mind2Matter. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile details up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

User content and licenses

You retain ownership of models, images, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Mind2Matter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and promote the Platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to upload User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

You may choose licensing terms for your models (such as personal use, commercial use, or remix permissions). Users who download your models must comply with the license you specify.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates our Community Guidelines.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users or Mind2Matter staff.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the Platform without permission.
• Circumvent download limits, token systems, or other platform restrictions.

Contests and rewards

Contest rules, eligibility, judging criteria, and prize details are described on each contest page and form part of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel contests at our discretion.

Tokens and other virtual rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated and may be subject to separate program terms.

Disclaimers

The Platform and all User Content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Mind2Matter does not guarantee that models will print successfully or meet your expectations.

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from user profiles or model descriptions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind2Matter and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).

Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, our Guidelines, or applicable law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including licenses granted to Mind2Matter for content already distributed, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
